Thank you for shopping at AKP RACING. We take pride in manufacturing and precision-engineering our 3D-printed karting parts and tool storage solutions right here in Ireland.

To ensure your gear arrives safely and ready for the garage or the track, please review our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

Because many of our specialised karting parts and tool organisational systems are custom-made or 3D-printed to order, our standard processing time is 2-4 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Irish bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended, and we will notify you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Destinations, Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly ship across Ireland and to select countries within Europe.

Exact Rates & Delivery Times: Live shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated dynamically and displayed directly at your checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping Thresholds

We are happy to offer free standard shipping to our customers based on the following order totals:

Destination	Free Shipping Threshold
Ireland (Domestic)	Free on all orders over €65
Rest of Europe	Free on all orders over €100

For orders below these thresholds, standard regional rates apply at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically updated and active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Non-EU European Countries)

If you are ordering from outside the European Union (e.g., the United Kingdom or Switzerland), please note that AKP RACING is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

We pack our 3D-printed components securely to withstand transit, but components can occasionally handle a rough ride. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the items immediately and contact us at apexkartparts@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
